Dr. Johnny Nguyen received his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) from Life University and a Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University. Building on his chiropractic doctorate, Dr. Nguyen has pursued extensive postdoctoral education in functional health, clinical nutrition, and human performance. His ongoing studies in endocrinology, gut health, and metabolic rehabilitation have helped him bridge the gap between clinical care and healthy outcomes. Dr. Nguyen has always been an avid sportsman, spending much of his life around athletics, from lifting and competing to coaching others in their pursuit of strength and performance. He wasn’t always healthy himself. After developing prediabetes in his twenties, Dr. Nguyen saw firsthand how traditional care often focuses on symptoms rather than root causes. Through years of learning and a disciplined lifestyle change, he worked to reverse his diagnosis by addressing the deeper metabolic and inflammatory imbalances driving it. That journey reshaped both his health and his philosophy of patient care. Dr. Nguyen works extensively in functional health, supporting patients managing diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other metabolic or inflammatory disorders, with a particular focus on chronic pain and performance optimization. His clinical interests include nutrition, return-to-sport programming, and strength and conditioning, which he integrates into both patient care and coaching. Beyond the clinic, Dr. Nguyen is a dedicated husband and father who enjoys cooking, training, and watching movies with his family and two dogs.
