Passionate about health and wellness from a young age, he believes the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right combination of tools. Over two decades of study, research, and hands-on work with patients who arrived in very poor health have shown him the real outcomes these natural solutions can produce.
He takes an exhaustive, investigative approach to understand not only what is causing someone’s health problems but also to customize a solution and action plan that addresses each patient’s unique needs. Throughout his career, he has helped thousands of people reverse long-standing health problems. His primary passion is helping people who suffer from Type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, autoimmune conditions, and neuropathy.
He studied at Springfield College, earning a Bachelor of Science in Sports Biology, and completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College. During his studies, he completed more than 4,000 hours of coursework and clinical rotations. He then practiced privately for over 20 years, serving thousands of patients.
He has completed hundreds of postgraduate hours in functional medicine and clinical nutrition. In 2019, he attended the Health Coach Institute and earned certification as a Health Coach with Advanced Nutrition for Health Coaches (ANHC) training, which focuses on coaching people with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and obesity/weight-loss resistance.
He is certified as a Specialist in Chronic Intractable Pain & Neuropathy by The American College of Physical Medicine — Board of Certification.
At home, he is a husband and father who shares life with a daughter and a lively black lab. He and his family enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, and camping in their travel trailer.
He believes life is not about being perfect but about the journey: learning each day and becoming the best version of yourself so you can be there 100% for yourself and the people you love. His passion is helping others BE — DO — HAVE their best health so they can live life to the fullest.
